Supers On Demand, Inc.® was launched as a result of first-hand experience with a company that provided superintendents who DID NOT do it right. Recognizing the shortcomings of this other provider was relatively easy to see and comparing to other generic construction ‘staffing’ companies in the market, it was clear that the service that Supers On Demand provides would stand out. Establishing everything that could be done to improve the process on both sides of this service, commercial construction professional and Founder of Supers On Demand, Chris Birli, successfully implemented a service that’s been very well received in our industry from day one.

We were initially exposed to the idea of superintendent procurement during the recession back in 2009 by subbing-out supers from our GC firm’s in-house supers to our GC counterparts. With over a decade of experience in providing the right supers for each of the specific construction types that exist in the commercial building space, Supers On Demand was established to formally provide GC’s across the country with the right supers for their projects. In September of 2018 we formally organized and quickly became the leader in the commercial construction industry as the go-to company for superintendent needs.
