Many of our supers are re-assigned to the same GC's to work on subsequent projects for them, In fact, 2/3rd's of our existing business involves our clients requesting supers they've already worked with.

When the time comes that we expand our roster however, rest assured that we only choose supers who will represent us and our GC's professionally and effectively.

Q: Where do you find, and how do you choose your superintendents?

Supers On Demand is a turn-key service that also happens to be all-inclusive. For any project a client needs a super for, they’re charged one, bi-weekly fee. This fee covers all of the following:

  1. Our superintendent’s salary
  2. Their daily per-diem
  3. Their lodging costs (when applicable for traveling supers; we handle all lodging)
  4. All costs for the use of the super’s cell phone and the use of their vehicle
  5. All costs for local commuting and project errands

We cover everything under one umbrella fee and remove the need of our clients from having to be involved with any administrative or operational aspects of getting a properly qualified and experienced super on their jobsite. Truly, turn-key.

Once our clients have used one of our supers on their first project with us, all future superintendent requests become what we consider to be an “overly simplified” process. All of our existing GC’s quickly get into a routine with us by simply calling or emailing us and providing us the following:

  • Project name & construction category (required for us to provide a super with the specific experience necessary for the type of project that’s being done)
  • Project location (city & state)
  • Start date (estimated start dates are acceptable; we understand how that goes)
  • Project duration (10 weeks minimum up to 18 months)

And that’s it, hand us the ball and we run with it. All Supers On Demand clients are always free to screen and interview the supers we present on a conference call with our staff.

Q: How does the service work?


A: There's a number of factors that go into selecting the superintendents we have on our roster. With nearly 100 supers on our roster as of September ‘23, we already have direct experience with the vast majority of the supers on our roster. However, when we add a super to our team we look for specific criteria that cannot be found on even the best drafted resumes. All selections are hand-picked and scrutinized by our founder and directors who understand the individual characterizations that distinguish under-performing supers from supers who just perform, project after project. 

All Supers On Demand superintendents fly the flag of the GC's who hire us to super their projects. Our supers represent our GC's, not Supers On Demand when they're in the field. Most of our GC's assign our men their own company email address, company shirts, and some even assign them a company iPad even though all of our supers have their own iPads/laptops.
